Nic joined Van Isle Windows in June 2019 as a full-time employee and Senior Installer. Prior to this time, he worked as a sub-contractor, owning and operating his own window and door installation business. While running his business, he was also sub-contracting for Van Isle Windows. In October 2023, Nic was appointed to the position of Assistant Installation and Service Manager. He is involved with employee training with emphasis on Best Practices, as well as leading projects and overseeing more complex jobs. He travels regularly to meet, train and work with our Northern Installers based in Nanaimo and Courtenay and plays a key role on our Safety Committee, overseeing installation crew safety and the toolbox meetings, island wide. When he’s not working, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
