Van Isle Windows Ltd. is OPEN … we are encouraging customers to still wear a mask

As this time, all of our showrooms (in Victoria, Nanaimo and Courtenay) are fully open for business. Please check this website for operating hours, as they vary within each location.

We are currently not restricting the number of people in our showrooms during our business hours of operations, and appointments are not necessary at this time, with the exception of Saturday (Saturday is by appointment only).

It has been a top priority that we have safe working environments for all of our employees and a high level of comfort and safety for our customers, so wearing of masks in our showrooms is encouraged, but is optional for our customers. If you arrive without a mask, and want to put one on, we can provide you with a complimentary mask. Just ask your sales consultant or see the receptionist, and they will provide you with one.

Hand sanitizing stations are still in place and we ask that you please take the time to use them, upon entering our showrooms.

Covid has changed our lives and safety is important to us. Thank you for helping us to keep you, our employees and their families safe.
