Bob has been in the window and door business since 2002. He spent over 15 years working in the construction industry, and in early 2018 moved into Sales in our Mid-island area. He started his career with Van Isle, sub contracting in March of 2013, and in 2015 he was hired by Van Isle and ran their first in-house mid-Island installation crew. For the past 27 years, the Cowichan Valley is his home, where he and his beautiful wife, Roseanne, have raised 3 boys. Bob enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer; camping, hunting, fishing, gardening, hiking and ATV'ing! Bob says Van Isle is more than his employer, but a part of his extended and he claims he will be selling windows for the company until the day he retires!
