Linda joined Van Isle Windows in January 2010, and in 2015 was promoted as the General Manager. She has spent almost 30 years in senior management, having started her career in 1990 with Shaw Communications Inc. as the BC Regional Manager of their advertising channels. Today, Linda oversees the daily business activities and operations at Van Isle Windows and notes one of her main challenges is managing both the growth and changes in the window industry, while ensuring profitability. Linda, along with her partner Jane, live on 6.5 acres in a 90-year-old farm house that backs onto the Somenos Estuary in the Cowichan Valley. Her passion for her horses and dogs and connection to working with her hands, mother nature and the land, help to keep her grounded.
