Terry started working for Van Isle Windows in 2005. He began working in the Production Department before eventually moving to Installations. In 2012, Terry left VIW to pursue his Red Seal Certification for Glazing. In 2017 he returned to VIW as Production Manager. As Production Manager, he’s responsible for ensuring quality, on-time delivery of all manufactured products, overseeing plant maintenance and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Terry enjoys spending time with his family outdoors which included hunting, fishing and riding their ATV’s.
