Vertical Slider
The classic vertical slider is the window that imparts a sense of tradition, styled upon the double hung windows of years gone by. The vertical slider is a flexible window that functions exceptionally well as part of a window system but is also quite at home by itself.
Today, vertical sliders use spring loaded balances to draw the window open with just a slight upward lift across the sash handle. The balances are designed to do most of the lifting and are easy to replace in the course of periodic maintenance. Each window comes with day breeze latches that hold the window open just a few inches, and with locks for security. Your vertical slider includes screens that are easy to remove for cleaning.
All Van Isle Windows feature oversized drain slots that let even the heaviest rain pass away, and the slots are covered with one-way valves to prevent insects and dust from collecting inside.
